ABOUT OUR PROJECT

Embrace Wellness is a project of a non-profit private members association project dedicated to providing wellness resources. Our mission is to empower individuals to nourish their mind, body, and soul through self-care and holistic practices. Membership is required to access our offerings, and while we provide general information, we always recommend seeking professional advice for specific health needs.

We are passionate advocates for us all learning and embodying education and remedy practices to take self responsibility for our own care on all levels and within our core values, qualified as neuro-linguistic programming practitioners, reiki masters, intuitive healers, and wellness advocates. With a strong belief in the power of clean, whole-food nutrients, we emphasise the importance of boosting physical health—immunity, digestive, and nervous systems—as well as enhancing mood, mindset, and heart-centered well-being.

Embrace Wellness acknowledges that we are universal source energy, with chakra-aligned bodies that channel light. Recognizing that our cells, composed of over 80% water, vibrate at varied frequencies based on internal and external influences, our journey has taken us to most continents, experiencing rich and diverse environments and souls.
