Embrace Wellness Membership Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for membership, counselling, wellness, and holistic services provided by Embrace Wellness. This agreement is self-executing; by reading and engaging with these terms, you confirm your understanding, acceptance, and adherence to them.

About Embrace Wellness

Embrace Wellness is a project of a non-profit private members association dedicated to offering holistic health and wellness resources. Membership is required to access services as Embrace Wellness does not trade with the public.

• Acknowledgment

We honour the traditional custodians of this land.

• Purpose

To provide a safe, inclusive platform for holistic education, personal growth, and wellness.

Membership Terms

1. Membership is free and grants lifetime access to book consultations (at a separate fee), shop, receive updates, and attend events.

2. Membership can be resigned at any time with written notice. Upon resignation, access to resources, gatherings, and benefits will be suspended.

Confidentiality

Members will have access to confidential information that must remain within the community. Members agree to:

1. Not disclose any information shared within the community without written consent from Embrace Wellness.

2. Safeguard all confidential information to prevent unauthorised use or sharing.

3. Understand that counselling provided as part of this agreement is fully confidential. Information about the member, including their participation in counselling and any details shared during sessions, will not be disclosed to any third party without the member’s explicit consent. Embrace Wellness will not share that the member is attending counselling or discuss any matters from sessions unless permission is explicitly granted by the member.

4. This confidentiality does not apply if the member presents an imminent threat of harm to themselves or others. In such cases, Embrace Wellness may disclose necessary information to appropriate authorities or individuals to ensure safety.

Waiver of Responsibility

1. Embrace Wellness and its team, consultants, and facilitators are not liable for personal decisions or actions taken by members.

2. Opinions and advice provided are based on personal experience and are not medical or legal advice.

3. Members act upon their own discretion and responsibility.

Mutual Commitment

All interactions within Embrace Wellness are grounded in the principle of “Do No Harm, Cause No Loss,” fostering fair, ethical, and respectful exchanges.

Acknowledgment

By reading this agreement, members:

• Affirm their comprehension and acceptance of the terms.

• Acknowledge their commitment to confidentiality.

• Agree to live in harmony with Embrace Wellness values.

Service Agreement

Services Provided

Embrace Wellness agrees to offer the following services:

• Counselling sessions

• Wellness coaching

• Reiki healing

• Holistic wellness support

Session Details

1. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

2. Fees:

• Individual session: $80

• Package of 3 sessions: $200 (saving $40)

3. Payments are required in advance via agreed-upon methods.

4. As this is a private members association project, there are no Medicare or health insurance rebates. However, the fees are kept very reasonable to ensure that individuals from all walks of life can access the sessions, events, resources, and tools.

Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

1. Attend sessions promptly.

2. Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.

3. Understand that these services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Embrace Wellness Responsibilities

Embrace Wellness agrees to:

1. Provide a safe, confidential, and inclusive space.

2. Tailor services to the member’s unique needs, incorporating techniques such as chat remedy, guided meditation, Reiki healing, mindfulness, journaling, and wellness education.

3. Maintain professional and ethical standards.

Limitations of Service

1. Embrace Wellness does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions.

2. Services are intended as complementary resources for wellbeing.

Returns and Refunds

1. All session payments and membership fees are final.

2. Refunds are only available in the case of a service issue.

3. Products must be returned within 7 days for consideration.

By reading this agreement and/or engaging in services provided by Embrace Wellness:

• You confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms.

• You acknowledge that this agreement is self-executing and binding.

• You affirm your commitment to confidentiality, ethical conduct, and the principles of “Do No Harm, Cause No Loss.”
